Intimate Witness

Dear Beloved,

Portraiture has been a love of mine for quite some time. In my experience, t is not a vane undertaking. The art lends itself to a depth of self understanding, intimacy, and creativity. Shallow concepts of self image are not part of my world. The practice in which I engage visual mediums point to the energetics of presence and connection. Journeying with portraiture opens up a deep felt embodiment experience that echos into community. To create in this way is a spiritual endeavor. Together we make images with resonance and an honoring of what has come, what is present, and an exalting of becoming. This is a love for holding stories of body + spark as we carry ourselves through time.
